A clear, golden hue with amber highlights — bright and luminous in the glass.
Nose:
The nose is vivid and expressive, offering rich aromas of stone fruits such as plum, damson, mirabelle, and hints of vineyard peach.
Palate: The attack is direct and precise, leading into a round and textured mid-palate.The fruit character remains centered around stone fruits, with a fine balance and texture throughout. The finish is fresh and persistent, lifted by subtle citrus notes.
This cuvée carries a dosage of 13g of sugar per bottle, offering a generous, full-bodied profile while preserving balance and freshness.
Food pairing :
A delightful Champagne for aperitif, but also a versatile companion at the table. It pairs beautifully with dishes like champagne-braised chicken, veal, or other subtly savory preparations where finesse and texture are key.
