Appearance :
A deep old gold hue with subtle amber and pink highlights.
Pour into fine glassware and admire the lively effervescence and the delicate rise of fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose :
Aromatic evolution as the wine opens: floral notes mingle with ripe fruit and hints of dried herbs. A generous, expressive bouquet that unfolds with each swirl.
Palate :
A clean, direct attack gives way to a rich and textured mouthfeel. The finish is vibrant, long, and expressive, revealing aromas of stone fruits, citrus zest, and a touch of raspberry.
The dosage (7g/L) is carefully balanced to preserve freshness while enhancing aromatic complexity.
Food pairing :
A refined Champagne for aperitif or the table. Pairs beautifully with white meats, poultry in Champagne sauce, jellied beef, and select fish dishes.
