BLEND : 50 % Pinot Noir - 50 % Pinot Meunier

A distinctive cuvée that stands apart from the rest of our range, Blanc de Noirs captures the essence of our terroir through a balanced and expressive blend. Its personality is both bold and refined, offering a unique tasting experience.

 

Nose:

Pinot Meunier delivers subtle aromas of stone fruits such as plum and damson, while Pinot Noir brings bright red fruit notes, including cherry and raspberry. 

The bouquet is nuanced, inviting, and full of charm.

Palate:

The first impression is one of vibrant freshness, with flavors of ripe fruit unfolding gracefully. As the wine evolves, the fruit aromas return on the finish, supported by the Meunier’s characteristic hint of natural bitterness. A precise sugar dosage of 7g per bottle enhances the harmony and depth of the wine.

Food Pairing : 

This is an ideal Champagne for afternoon aperitifs, pairing beautifully with freshwater fish dishes and white meats. It also complements more rustic pairings such as pâté en croûte, and even select fruit-based desserts.

Serving Tips :

Serve well-chilled (6–8°C / 43–46°F), then allow it to warm slightly in the glass to around 10–12°C (50–54°F). As it opens, it will reveal uncommon and elegant aromatic nuances.
